THE LOTTERY
To get our items out in circulation IC, we're gonna host a lottery. The owner of each item will be determined by a draw. Each player has FIFTEEN TICKETS they can submit to each item's draw. You can submit up to three "tickets" per one item, and attach any name of a character you play. You can submit multiple tickets on an item for the same character, or submit multiple tickets for different characters. Despite the nature of a lottery, we will try and be as fair as possible - if all works out, everyone should get something.
As soon as these items are awarded - they belong to the character they are won by for the duration of their lifespan. If there are any questions or concerns, do bring them up in chat.

HOW TO SUBMIT
Copy this code and fill it out with (ITEM NAME) - (CHARCTER NAME). Message it to the ETITERUM ADMIN ACCOUNT by end of day Sunday, February 9th, 2020. You can amend your submission at any time, but your last submitted message will be your final tally.
